You play god/mayor/president, you the man in charge in Sim City. You tell people where to go, what to do, provide things they want.

The way to get in charge of a community is not by forcing them to do things. You look how they react, and using past experiences and immediate reaction to things you do, you figure out what it is they want. You learn how to make them happy. You learn to be social.

Immerse yourself in where they are comfortable and get to know them. When you learn more about them, you learn more about yourself. The more you learn about yourself, the mo you figga out ih su-bout reh-spet.
