Alvenaria (masonry) in Cape Verde

Ricardo, Faustino, Zico, Edimilson and Vladmir - a group of my 11th grade Civil Construction students at school had an assignment in their Construction Technology class on masonry, obviously about the masonry in Cape Verde. They asked me to help them make a film about it.

This 20-minute presentation covers local techniques for setting foundations, laying block and stone, and pouring concrete pillars. They were ecstatic when they showed it to their class. I was too.

Note: The students filmed 100% of this presentation. I only edited and gave some filming tips.
