Google Fellowship
My submission to the Google Project 10^100 $10M contest to come up with a good idea. My idea is basically to create a website that allows people to submit ideas with the opportunity to be awarded a Fellowship/Grant to develop your idea. Winners could be chosen by both an Internet users voting system and a decision by the Google Board of Directors.
