There are two types of people

Those who have smart things to say and don’t say them.
And those people who don’t say smart things when they talk. Everyone falls into some range of these two personas. I think I lean more on the side of talking.
I talk more than other people. I haven’t found a way to explain what I’m saying, but I’m talking.

Many smart people don’t talk enough.

It’s smart people’s jobs to get the people who talk to say the right things and it’s the job of the talkers to get it out of them.
